Structure

The Legal Clinic at the University of Catania is a one-year training program promoting the participation in seminars and workshop meetings, designed to study selected issues and cases on Human Rights Law and European and Migration Asylum Law.

The Clinic operates through a mixed working group made up of Professors, law graduates, students and international law professionals. The program is coordinated by a Steering Committee, composed of Professors, scholars and experts interested in applying the legal clinic methodology to training activities, both in the field of International law, Public law, European Union law and Italian law.

The Legal Clinic is led by an Advisory Board, made up of volunteer lawyers, consultants and representatives of civil society organizations.

The Legal Clinic aims at working in synergy, support and open dialogue with public and private institutions and organizations for the promotion and protection of vulnerable subjects and groups.
