Course Structure

Frontal lessons; study seminars; analysis of case law. The teaching methods indicated will allow the student to know the principles and rules of the arbitration and to apply this knowledge to practical cases.
Should teaching be carried out in mixed mode or remotely, it may be necessary to introduce changes with respect to previous statements, in line with the programme planned and outlined in the syllabus.

Learning assessment may also be carried out on line, should the conditions require it.

Arbitration, in general and special forms of arbitration; Arbitration and its main basis/arbitration and the Italian Constitution; Arbitration agreement; Arbitrability of disputes; Arbitrators: statute, appointment and substitution; Arbitrators: challenge; Seat of arbitration and rules applicable to the proceedings; Evidence in arbitration; Multiple parties; Complex arbitration disputes (preliminary issues, compensation, etc.); Interferences and relationships between arbitration and court proceedings; Anomalous procedural events in arbitration; Award; Challenge to the award; Effects of the award, execution; “Irrituale” arbitration; Foreign arbitration; International arbitration; Administered arbitration; Special forms of arbitration.
