Course Structure

Detailed Course Content

The course Private Law 1 concerns the knowdlege of fundamentale rules, governing private relationships.

It particuarly deep subject as sources of law, internal as well as international, the relationship between law and judiciary power, persons and entitlements.

It focus on human rights, property rights and basic notions on family law and ineritance law.
