LCCD - Our Mission

The programme combines rigorous academic training with hands-on clinical work on issues of European human rights law, migration, and refugee protection, with particular attention to situations of special vulnerability and international protection. Through close collaboration with external experts and partner organisations, the Clinic equips participants with the analytical tools and professional skills needed to navigate and address complex legal challenges.

Students admitted to the programme also have access to selected internship and collaboration opportunities with key actors in the field, such as the Territorial Commission for International Protection, the First Civil Section of the Tribunal of Catania, Associazione Penelope, the Centro Antiviolenza Thamaia, and other accredited entities supporting highly vulnerable persons.
