The Clinic has developed significant expertise in strategic litigation, contributing to submissions before international bodies and courts. Among its notable achievements are the preparation of amicus curiae briefs and third-party interventions relating to human rights protection, migration management, and the treatment of vulnerable groups.

The Clinic also produces Country of Origin Information reports and contributes to national and European case-law monitoring platforms, including collaborations with European Gaius and the European Database of Asylum Law (EDAL).

Another key area of activity concerns the protection of unaccompanied foreign minors, carried out through specialised training and joint initiatives with organisations such as the Italian Council for Refugees (CIR).
